iSOCO releases KPONTOLOGY as open source

iSOCO releases KPONTOLOGY under the GPL Open Source license. With this, iSOCO contributes to the world-wide development of the Semantic Web.
KPONTOLOGY is a Java framework allowing ontology management a high-levelinterface to several implementations for ontology handling, including JENA (versions 1.6 and 2.1: http://www.hpl.hp.com/semweb/jena.htm), Sesame (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sesame) and WebODE (http://webode.dia.fi.upm.es/).

KPONTOLOGY is software to ease ontology management. It provides a unique, high-level interface to several ontology management technologies, including JENA, Sesame and WebODE. KPOntology has been developed with support of European IST projects such as Esperonto, SEKT and HOPS.
