The competitive environment has forced many companies to upgrade its customer services. Customer self-management is growing by means of the Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs) sections. There are millions of Spanish FAQs but the actual search systems have very limited access possibilities.
XS4ME uses Semantic Web technology for a better access to frequent questions based on meaning instead of keywords.
Also XS4ME is a non-intrusive application and does not require any modification in the existent FAQs in order to be installed.
