Award for digital innovation 2003 won by iSOCO at IGC 2003

The Internet Global Congress 2003 is being held in Barcelona from the 12th to the 15th of May. The congress includes conferences, seminars and speakers related to technology and Business on the internet. This congress hands out various prizes: digital innovation (R&D), enterprise and business experience. The award for digital innovation 2003 has gone to iSOCO. This year’s prize was widely contested, with more than 50 participating companies. The finalists have gone through two filters: a scientific committee which evaluated the technological differential of each project, and a business committee who assessed the impact upon clients. iSOCO presented iQuotes, GetSee and Visado.

The award ceremony was held yesterday, during a supper at the Palau Nacional de Montjuïc with 600 attendees, mostly company executives: Telefonica, la Caixa, Banc Sabadell, Indra, Agbar, Mango, Gas Natural... and the authorities, all of which means that iSOCO’s position has become much stronger.
